Bio

Prof Chris Carter leads the nutrition research component of the program and has been a senior nutritionist at IMAS researching lobster and salmon nutrition since 2009. He has extensive expertise in feed development and aquaculture nutrition and has researched many aquatic ectotherms. His research seeks to develop and apply knowledge about nutrient fluxes and biological efficiency to improving feed use.
