Community Events

The ARC Research Hub for Sustainable Onshore Lobster Aquaculture is involved in many community events in Tasmania including National Science Week, Hobart’s annual Festival of Bright Ideas, the Tasmanian Seafood Industry Council’s Working on Water program and University of Tasmania Open Day.

CSIRO Scientists in Schools

Dr Quinn Fitzgibbon regularly volunteers in the CSIRO Scientists in Schools Program. This program brings real science into the classroom through ongoing partnerships between school teachers and scientists.
