Professor Jeffs has extensive experience in lobster physiology, biology, health and response to auditory and anaesthesia stimuli and will provide unique insights into lobster transport behaviour and physiology. He is experienced in working with commercial lobster fishers and the lobster aquaculture sector in delivering industry outcomes.
