Bio

Mr Martin Rees from Orna-Tas will lead the commercialisation component of the program, ensuring that elements of the research conducted are market driven. He has specialised in the business commercialisation processes, through understanding markets, developing systems, procedures and skills required to achieve commercial success. His work with KPMG involved the creation of Tasmania’s first business incubator as a joint venture with UTAS, since then has been involved in the creation of approximately 40 start-up technology businesses.
