Bio

Dr Vaughan Higgins leads the social acceptability component of the research. His research focuses on the sociology of agriculture and food with an emphasis on how agri-food policy and programmes are implemented at an institutional and farm level. Encompassing issues ranging from biosecurity to soil management. He has extensive experience in government and industry-funded projects, examining the social dimensions of agri-food governance across a range of regional and industry settings.
